Longdrive Australia Remax Longdrive Championship

Richmond Golf Club turns on a great event and the measurements endured the bad weather. Brendan Moylan soaks up his first 2011 Tour win with a measurement of 273m in the finals over local Mark Bylsma. Bylsma showed that he was not going to let the win come easily when the finals came down to a 3 ball shoot out. Moylan found the numbers to take his first RWLCA qualifying win. Moylan is currently leading the RWLCA tour with 149 points.

Andrew Brennen returned to his local stomping ground and took out his 3rd consecutive win over Legends RWLCA record holder Kerry Devenish. Maybe it was the local cheer squad that got him through or maybe it was the familiarity of being in the Top 4 shoot out, either way he found what was needed for the win.

Mark Williamson took the journey down from QLD to debut at his first RWLCA event, his determination showed that the trip was worth it, Williamson measurement of 277.3m is what he needs to take the win over NSW local James Nanlohy. Gary Pilling followed Nanlohy with a measurement of 236.6m

Ross Taylor along with his son Adam Taylor were or first competitors to make the journey from New Zealand. Ross took his first win the Super Senior division with a measurement of 225.5m. Adam also showed that the kiwis are the ones to keep our eyes on, making the Top 6 shoot out against some of Australia's finest.

RWLCA Legends record holder Kerry Devenish defended his title in the legends division over rival and NSW locals Lloyd James. Devenish is proving to be the one to watch not only winning the Legends division but coming Runner up in the Senior division.
